Ken Flajole is an American football coach who now serves as the outside linebackers coach for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League.

He was born on October 4, 1954. (NFL). From 2009 to 2011, he was the defensive coordinator for the St. Louis Rams. In 2017, he won Super Bowl LII as the Philadelphia Eagles’ linebackers coach.

Did Ken Flajole Ever Play In The NFL?

No. He only coached in a number of NFL teams.

In 2003, Flajole took over as linebackers coach for the Carolina Panthers, replacing Sal Sunseri, who had five years of NFL coaching experience.

From 1999 through 2002, he worked as the defensive backs coach and linebackers coach for the Seattle Seahawks, as well as one season as a defensive assistant for the Green Bay Packers in 1998, both under head coach Mike Holmgren.

Flajole led the NFL in interceptions with 30, including two that were returned for touchdowns, as defensive backs coach for Seattle in 1999.

He was the linebackers coach for the Seahawks in 2000, and then the defensive backs coach in 2001 and 2002.

From 2009 through 2011, Flajole was the defensive coordinator for the St. Louis Rams. He was hired by the New Orleans Saints in 2012, but fired on January 24, 2013 (along with defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo, with whom he had previously worked in St. Louis).

On February 7, 2013, the Browns hired him as their inside linebackers coach.

From 2013 to 2015, he was a member of the Browns’ coaching staff before being appointed as linebackers coach by new Philadelphia Eagles head coach Doug Pederson on January 20, 2016.

When the Eagles defeated the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LII, Flajole received his first Super Bowl ring.

On April 2, 2021, the Kansas City Chiefs hired Flajole as their outside linebackers coach.
