Johnny Ray Holland is an American football coach and former player who specializes in gridiron football. He was born on March 11, 1965. He is now the linebackers coach for the National Football League’s San Francisco 49ers.
From 1987 until 1993, Holland played linebacker with the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League. Erwin is a member of the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame, the Cotton Bowl Hall of Fame, and the Texas A&M University Hall of Fame.

Johnny Holland Super Bowl XXXI Championship
Holland began his coaching career as a defensive quality control coach with the Green Bay Packers from 1995 to 1997, after retiring as a linebacker for the Green Bay Packers. In 1998, he became a special teams coach, and in 1999, he became a linebackers coach. Following the 1995 and 1996 seasons, he helped lead the Packers to back-to-back NFC championships and an NFL championship in Super Bowl XXXI.

Consensus first-team All-American (1985)
