The Chicago white sox is an American professional baseball team based in Chicago which was founded and owned by Jerry Reindorf.

The Chicago white sox currently compete in the  Major League Baseball (MLB) as a member club of the American League (AL) Central division as it also happens to be one of the two teams to MLB teams which happens to be in Chicago.

The team is headed by Rick Hahn and also managed by Tony La Russa. The team since its inception as has joined itself to major likes like the American League as well as the central division.

According to reports, the team has won 6 AL pennants titles to its credit.

The Chicago white sox have won 6 AL Pennant tiles with the first being in 1901 where it was said to have been their first season as a major league team and their second season in Chicago.

The team again won the title in 1906 where they won 98 games to become the winners and happens to be the seventh season overall for the team.

1917 again saw the team dominating the American League as they won with a record of 100-54.

1919 season again saw the team playing its 19th season game in the American league which they won 88 games to progress to the world series but unfortunately got beaten by the Cincinnati Reds.
