Porter Ellet is an American football coach who serves as the offensive quality control coach after serving three seasons as the Senior Assistant to the Head Coach with the Kansas City Chiefs in the National Football League (NFL).
He worked with an offense that ranked first in total net yards per game (415.8) and passing yards per game (244.6).
He also worked with the tight end group, which included first-team AP All-Pro, PFWA All-NFL, and Pro Bowl TE Travis Kelce, who set a new NFL record for tight ends with his fifth consecutive season of 1.000 receiving yards.
He became the first tight end in NFL history to have two seasons with at least 100 receptions each (in 2018 and 2020), and his 1,416 receiving yards surpassed George Kittle’s 2018 record of 1,377 yards set by the San Francisco 49ers TE.
