Prince Tega Wanogho was born in Nigeria and currently plays offensive tackle for the National Football League’s Kansas City Chiefs. He attended Auburn University and was picked in the sixth round of the NFL Draft by the Philadelphia Eagles in 2020.

Wanogho was born in Delta State, Nigeria, and migrated to Alabama in 2014 in order to pursue a career in basketball. He studied at Edgewood Academy in Elmore, Alabama, where he was a defensive lineman and learned to play football.

Despite playing football for only one season, Wanogho was a four-star prospect, choosing Auburn University despite offers from Clemson, Georgia, LSU, Ohio State, and Texas, among others.

As a result of a leg injury he sustained while playing basketball in his senior year of high school, Wanogho redshirted his freshman season at Auburn. In 2016, he appeared in ten games as a reserve offensive tackle after converting from linebacker.

In 2017, he was elevated to the starting left tackle position, where he remained through his senior season in 2019, starting a total of 32 games in that position.
