According to Statistics, the worst season for the Los Angeles Rams has been the 2009 St. Louis Rams squad(1-15).
The team was a complete disaster as their minus-261 point differential was the worst in franchise history, their 175 points scored were the worst of any Rams squad since 1942, and they ranked 32nd and 31st in total offense and defense, respectively.

As for the other Rams teams that made USA TODAY’s list, the 2016 Jeff Fisher-led squad was ranked the 94th-worst team ever.
At No. 55 were the 2011 Rams, who went 2-14. The 2008 Rams, who also went 2-14, were ranked 15th worst team.
