Timothy Donell Brown, also known as Tim Brown was born on July 22, 1966, and he is the top scorer of touchdowns in the history of the Las Vegas Raiders with 104 touchdowns.
He played in the Pro Bowl in 1988, 1991, 1993-1997, 1999, and 2001, finishing second in receiving yards in NFL history. He is a Heisman Trophy winner in 1987; chosen to The Sporting News College All-American team in 1986 and 1987; College Football Player of the Year in 1986 and 1987.
Tim Brown is also a Kick Returner, The Sporting News NFL All-Pro Team, 1987; Kick Returner, The Sporting News NFL All-Pro Team, 1988.
He has nine straight 1,000-yard seasons and ten years with 75 or more catches dating back to 1993. In 1997, he had his best season, becoming the Raiders’ all-time receiving leader. He won the NFL receiving title with 104 catches for 1,408 yards.
With seven 100-yard games and five games of 150 yards or more receiving, Tim Brown set a team record and tied an NFL record. That season, Brown was chosen to the Sporting News All-Pro team. He was also named to his seventh of nine Pro Bowl appearances.
