Jose Williams (also known as Oxfighter) is an MMA fighter. He is also a UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) wrestler and a member of MMA Murcielago.
Williams’ accumulating experience landed him in prison. As a result, he was released from prison and made his debut in 2017. He has competed in 11 mixed martial arts contests and is a member of the UFC.
Cowes is most well-known for his performance on November 14, 2020, when he defeated Abdul Razzaq Al-Hossam. On December 19, he is scheduled to face Michel Pereira.
Williams had his first knockdown in 2008 when he knocked another adolescent in a street brawl and shook hands afterward.
Williams was the first graduate of a joint online education program between the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office and Jackson Public Schools in July 2013.
While jailed in Jackson County Jail for dealing cocaine, Williams completed an online high school diploma program. He has a perfect probation record and has completed all of his community service requirements.
He began training in September 2013 and fought for the first time three months later. His passion for MMA began after someone witnessed him fight and told him he had it.
So he went to a BJJ gym and fell in love after his first match. He began training with Leo Aponte, a former Jackson High School teacher, and a current MMA coach.
