Rich Scangarello is an American football coach who is currently the quarterback’s coach for the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League. He was previously a senior offensive assistant for the Philadelphia Eagles.

Rich served as a graduate assistant at UC Davis from the year 1998 to 1999 after which he served as a graduate assistant at Idaho in 2000. In 2001, Scangarello served as offensive coordinator at Carleton.
