Terry Bradden went to high school at Inlet Grove High School in Riviera Beach, Florida. He later attended Howard University from 2009 to 2011, before moving to Tuskegee University from 2011 to 2013.
Terry Bradden is an American football coach who works in the National Football League (NFL). He has been with the Kansas City Chiefs since 2021 as their assistant defensive line coach.
Prior to taking on this position with the Chiefs, he held three prior positions with the organization. His previous post with the squad was as the defensive quality control coach, which he held for three years.
After joining the Chiefs as a defensive assistant coach in 2017, he was promoted to defensive coordinator the following year.
Bradden was a quarterback during his college years. His first two years of college were spent at Howard University, after which he proceeded to Tuskegee University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Social Work.
He was the quality control special teams coach at Florida Atlantic University in 2014 before returning to his alma mater, Inlet Grove High School, as the head football coach and athletic director for the 2015 season.
Bradden spent the 2014 season in Daytona Beach. At the age of 24, he became Florida’s youngest-ever head football coach and athletic director.
On the gridiron at Inlet Grove, Bradden led the Hurricanes to two consecutive regional semifinal appearances in Class 2A as a sophomore and senior (2008-09).
