Which College Did Raheem Morris Attend?

Raheem Morris Attended the Hofstra University from 1994 to 1998. He has a degree in physical education.

He played college football in those years as a student. In the same year, he began his collegiate coaching career as a graduate assistant coach at Hofstra University, where he was in charge of teaching the offensive scout squad, preparing scouting reports, and handling film breakdown, computer input, and analysis, among other responsibilities.

As defensive backs coach and special teams assistant at Cornell University, he began his career in 1999. Upon his return to Hofstra in 1999, he was appointed as defensive backs coach. As a defensive minority intern for the New York Jets in 2001, he gained valuable experience in that position.

In the NFL, Morris also spent several years with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Washington Redskins, and Atlanta Falcons, where he has held positions such as defensive quality control coach and defensive pass game coordinator.

Morris served as the Buccaneers’ head coach from 2009 to 2011, which was his sole tenure as a full-time head coach in the NFL. In 2020, he served as Atlanta’s temporary head coach for 11 games.

Morris recently interviewed for the open Minnesota Vikings head coaching post, and despite the fact that he was unsuccessful, he has received a great deal of support from his players.
