Gregory Howell Jr. is an American football running back who currently plays for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League. He was born on March 27, 1996, in the city of Coconut Grove, Florida.
He played NCAA football at Florida Atlantic University, where he started 16 games and rushed for a total of 463 yards and 22 touchdowns on 284 carries.
