The Raiders don’t have any retired jersey numbers currently.
It is not the policy of the Raider organization to retire the jersey numbers of former players, whether on a formal or informal basis. Any player, regardless of height or prior wearer of a certain number, can choose from among all 99 possible numbers. Because of this, the Raiders have a rigorous policy of never taking a number out of circulation.

From 1982 to 1994, the team played in Los Angeles before relocating to Oakland for the 1995 season. On March 27, 2017, NFL team owners approved the Raiders’ application to relocate to Las Vegas almost overwhelmingly. The Raiders moved to Las Vegas over three years later, on January 22, 2020.
