Frank Pollack is an offensive line coach with the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League. He is a former player and coach in the NFL.

From 2015 to 2017, he was the offensive line coach for the Dallas Cowboys, and from 2013 to 2014, he was the assistant offensive line coach.

Frank Pollack previously served as the Oakland Raiders offensive line coach.

He played offensive tackle and guard for the San Francisco 49ers for seven seasons before moving on to the Houston Texans as an assistant offensive line coach.

Pollack departed the Cowboys in 2018 to join the Bengals and was succeeded in Dallas by Paul Alexander. Alexander has been the Bengals’ offensive line coach since 1994, which was a happy coincidence.

Pollack supervised an overhaul of Cincinnati’s offensive line during his previous stay with the Bengals in 2018, which saw four new players transition into regular starting roles.
