Brian Allen plays center for the National Football League’s Los Angeles Rams. He was a Michigan State University football player. In the fourth round of the 2018 NFL Draft, the Rams selected him.

His older brother, Jack, is also a center and recently inked a free agent agreement with the New Orleans Saints. Allen was selected as a Pro Bowl alternate in 2022.

Allen attended Michigan State University where he played football. Throughout his collegiate career, Allen shared the field with both his older and younger brothers. He was a three-time All-Big Ten pick and a first-team all-American as a freshman.

Allen was taken in the fourth round (111th overall) of the 2018 NFL Draft by the Los Angeles Rams with the selection acquired in the Robert Quinn trade. He made 13 appearances as a reserve in his debut season.

Allen took over as the starting center in 2019 after veteran John Sullivan was released. He started the first nine games before being sidelined in Week 10 with an MCL injury. On November 12, 2019, he was shifted to the injured reserve. Allen tested positive for COVID-19 for the first time in the NFL on April 15, 2020, the Rams confirmed.
