Jaquiski Tartt (born February 18, 1992) is an American football safety for the National Football League’s San Francisco 49ers (NFL). He attended Samford University and was taken in the second round of the 2015 NFL Draft by the San Francisco 49ers.

Tartt went to Mobile, Alabama’s Davidson High School. Tartt spent his high school years playing basketball and did not begin playing football until his final year. Despite just playing football for one season, he committed to playing college football at Samford University.

Tartt was a Samford University student from 2010 to 2014. He saw his first action in 2011 after redshirting as a freshman. He started as a redshirt sophomore in 2012 and stayed there until his senior year. He had 277 tackles in his career.

Tartt accepted his invitation to the 2015 Senior Bowl on November 10, 2014, according to reports. Tartt participated in the 2015 Reese’s Senior Bowl on January 24, 2015, and collected three tackles and one tackle for a loss as part of Gus Bradley’s South team, who lost 34–13 to the North.

He became the first Samford player to play in the Senior Bowl with his appearance.
