Lucas Browne (born 14 April 1979) is a professional boxer from Australia who has also competed in mixed martial arts and kickboxing.

When he stopped Ruslan Chagaev in 2016, he held the WBA (Regular) heavyweight belt. Between 2012 and 2015, he held the Australian and Commonwealth heavyweight titles in boxing.

Browne began his professional career on March 20, 2009, when he was 30 years old. He knocked out his first opponent in the fourth round. Browne won the Australian heavyweight title after knocking out Colin Wilson in three rounds on February 17, 2012.

On April 28, 2013, he won a twelve-round unanimous decision over future hall of fame and three-weight class world champion James Toney by scores of 117–111, 119–109, and 120–108.

He stopped former NABF heavyweight champion, Travis Walker, in seven rounds three months later. Browne was knocked out in the first round by Walker.

Despite the fact that Walker appeared to have won round 7, his corner stopped the fight before round 8 could begin.

Former European Union heavyweight champion Richard Towers was stopped in the fifth round by Browne in November 2013. The bout was an eliminator for David Price’s Commonwealth heavyweight title, which he held at the time.
