Belarus President Lukashenko Wins Fifth Term in Landslide

 

Nikolai Aleksandrovich Lukashenko is the third son of Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko, who was born on August 31, 2004.

Nikolai’s mother’s identity has remained unknown. His mother, however, is Irina Abelskaya, Alexander Lukashenko’s former personal physician, according to a widely circulated account.

Although the couple has not lived together or been seen together for the previous three decades, Alexander Lukashenko and his wife Galina Lukashenko are still legally married.

Lukashenko made his first public appearance in 2008.

His father, President Alexander Lukashenko, has frequently accompanied him to official events and state visits, including meetings with Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, Pope Benedict XVI, and United States President Barack Obama.

Lukashenko is fluent in Russian, English, and Spanish. Since he was nine years old, he has been taking piano lessons.

Viktor Aleksandrovich Lukashenko is the eldest son of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko and a politician in Belarus. He was born on November 28, 1975.

He currently serves as the President of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Belarus, and previously served as his father’s National Security Advisor.

Between 1998 and 2001, Viktor Lukashenko completed his mandatory military service at the Belarusian Border Guard Service after graduating from the Belarusian State University’s International Relations school.

Viktor Lukashenko succeeded his father as President of the Belarus Olympic Committee in 2021 after both were barred from competing in the Olympic Games.

Dmitry Aleksandrovich Lukashenko is a Belarusian businessman and the son of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.

Dmitry Lukashenko earned his bachelor’s degree in international relations from Belarusian State University.

Dmitry Lukashenko is a Belarusian State University graduate with a degree in International Relations. He was a member of the Belarusian Border Guard.

Lukashenko was placed on an EU travel ban and asset freeze in 2011, following a wave of repressions in Belarus following the 2010 presidential election, as part of a sanctions list of 208 people accused of political persecution, electoral fraud, and propaganda.
