Holly Marie was a baby her parents, Tina and Harold Dean Clouse Jr. went missing. They disappeared in 1980 in Texas after they has relocated from Florida. Marie was captured together with her parents but her parent’s bodies were later found and she was still missing.
41 years after the incident, Holly Marie has finally been found. On Thursday, 9 June 2022, the Texas Attorney General’s office announced that they had located Holly Marie.
The Attorney General, Ken Paxton said “I am extremely proud of the exceptional work done by my office’s newly formed Cold Case and Missing Persons Unit,”. He also said, “My office diligently worked across state lines to uncover the mystery surrounding Holly’s disappearance. We were successful in our efforts to locate her and reunite her with her biological family.”
Holly Marie’s biological paternal grandmother, Donna Casasanta, said Marie was located on the birthday of her slain son, calling the news “a birthday present from heaven.”
Now that Marie has been found, authorities are yet to reveal how they located her and how she has survived all these years after her parents were murdered. We are also yet to find all the information surrounding the murder of her parents, Tina and Dean in 1980.
