Two thousand seven hundred and seventy-seven will be sold at an initial price of.07 ETH (the Ethereum cryptocurrency) plus “gas,” or transaction fees, which were around $205 on Monday.

Pre-orders for the first batch of Chfty Pizzas will go on sale on March 23, but only to members of the “Slicelist” Discord, a social media site where the company has been cultivating a highly active network of fans and experts from the food and beverage industry.

With a more than $500,000 fundraising base, Chfty Pizzas will be able to help the creators construct a network aimed to “bridge the gap between the food and beverage community and the web3.”

Chfty Pizzas is an NFT (non-fungible token) company he unveiled with Top Chef alumnus Spike Mendelsohn in several tweets.

A “minting” or release of 8,888 unique pizza designs onto secure digital tokens is described on the company’s website as providing “one-of-a-kind physical and virtual experiences” and “future incorporation into the developing metaverse” for NFT owners.
